Our Titan Telescoping Communications Mast is made of sturdy aircraft grade 16 gauge 6005 T6 aluminum. Our made in USA extruded aluminum is anodized with a hard coat anodized finish making our Communications Mast virtually MAINTENANCE-FREE. No need to worry about rust or painting.
Our Titan Telescoping Communications Mast has patented interlocking sleeves which allow you to easily raise each section of the Communications Mast without any troublesome push-buttons. Our interlocking sleeves interlock together inside each section so the Communications Mast will not collapse in the wind like many other twist-lock Telescoping Communications Masts. The interlocking sleeves are made of Lexan and held in place with a custom machined aluminum post fastener and 2 locking tabs so our interlocking sleeves will not come loose like other Communications Masts that use glue. The interlocking sleeves also increase the bearing surface between each section to reduce wobble.
Our 20' and 25' Communications Masts come with an amazing full 3" base diameter and a wall thickness of .080 which is 30% stronger than other telescoping Communications Masts. We don't cut corners here at the base because this is where you need the strength.

Installation:
Pull cap back, thread rope through cap, and knot end to loop or Guy
Tie®. Pull loose rope end to tighten line. Release

NO-OX-ID
"A-SPECIAL" is the electrical contact grease of choice for new
electrical installations and maintenance. NO-OX-ID is an
electrically conductive grease that keeps metals free from rust and
corrosion. This electrically conductive grease which been used in the
telephone and power industry for over 65 years to prevent corrosion in
electrical connectors from low micro-p electronics to high voltage
switchgear. NO-OX-ID electrical grease prevents the formation of
oxides, sulfides and other corrosion deposits on copper, aluminum, and
steel surfaces and conductors.
The
purpose of a electrical contact lubricant is to prevent corrosion and
lubricate the connection for easier maintenance. NO-OX-ID "A-Special"
electrical grease prevents corrosion attack on all metal surfaces.
Attack can come from battery acid, salt, moisture and various
industrial chemical vapors in the environment. When this conductive
paste is used on aluminum connectors in joints, NO-OX-ID "A-Special"
prevents the reformation of oxide films, which cause high resistance
and subsequent failures.
NO-OX-ID
A-Special conductive grease is recommended by connector manufacturers
for trouble-free joint connections. When nuts, mounting bolts, and
cotter keys are coated with NO-OX-ID "A-Special", they will never rust
or freeze assuring you easy, trouble-free removal. NO-OX-ID "A-Special"
should be used wherever the formation of a corrosive product will
effect the proper functioning of the metal surface. This electrical
contact grease is easily applied, easily removed, and gives long
lasting reliable performance even on dissimilar metals.
APPLICATION
NO-OX-ID "A-Special" is applied as it comes from the container, using a brush or rag. NO-OX-ID "A-Special" should rubbed onto the metal thoroughly to absorb all moisture and to insure coverage of all irregularities on the surface. Coating thickness depends on the extent to which areas are exposed to the corrosive influence.
